A very few of many, many examples of sculptures and murals to be seen all over Montreal!

This horse stands outside a construction site on Sherbrooke Street.

Just driving in a neighborhood near Mont Royal

Painted silver, almost the color of the building, I missed this at first, took a second glance.

On the wall of a grammar school. The subject is the dresses, and there isn’t any effort to individualize the people.

One is moved to wonder if this is a team effort or the work of one person, how it was funded, etc.

There are two of these tree-like constructions, on opposite sides of a busy street, and I think they are located on top of a metro line. This is downtown in the heart of a business district.

A detail view of a bike rack outside the coffee roasting company; on the other side of the street is the Lachine Canal. The antique drill press has been incorporated into the sculpture, which goes on and on. This is a neighborhood of old factories being reimagined, gentrified, and redeveloped.
