Flowers in White Vase

This little painting was an effort to loosen up and paint more freely, which could have been a good idea - but I have less confidence when painting fast and loose, probably a hold-over from admiring tromp l’oeil. Oh well, I keep trying and hoping. The vase is not a success, as it doesn’t quite turn in space.
