Welcome to NancyDonnelly Art and Glass!  I'm hoping you'll find interest in every aspect of my art, the paintings, the glasswork, and the jewelry.  The work will speak for itself, I hope.  Just mouse over the pictures or the blue labels above, or click the tabs at left, to get to the evidence. 

 

These categories overlap a bit.  I've begun reverse painting on glass that has been slumped into images in a kiln.  The paint reveals these molded images from behind.  So is that painting or glasswork?  For now, I'm putting these in Glass Art and reserving Painting for works on canvas or paper.  In the same way, some of the beads could be called miniature works of art, but since they're small and intended for jewelry, I'm keeping these pieces in Jewelry/beads.

 

I hope to update the site about every other month.  Life goes on, and I don't feel right if I'm not making something, so there will be something new to see every so often.  Do come back and check it out!
